Terms of Service
These SERVICE TERMS (“Terms”) establish an agreement between you and Luxury Assured CAR SERVICE (“Luxury Assured”) and govern the use of the services (“Services”) provided by “Luxury Assured.”
“Luxury Assured” retains the right to modify or supplement these “Terms” at any time without prior notice. Your continued access or use of the “Services” after such changes or supplements implies your acceptance of the modified “Terms.”
Kindly review these “Terms” thoroughly upon receiving your reservation confirmation. By utilizing the “Services,” you agree to abide by these “Terms.”
All “Terms” are subject to specific conditions and circumstances and will be enforceable at the sole discretion of “Luxury Assured” management.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Modifications to your trip after pick-up may result in additional charges. Ensure you obtain an updated price from your driver or “Luxury Assured” before continuing your journey.
PRICING POLICY / RATE ESTIMATE:
The initially quoted rate is an estimate based on the information provided during your reservation. Additional fees for tolls, waiting time, extra stops, and unquoted gratuities will increase the rate.
AIRPORT PICK-UPS:
The flight details provided during your reservation will be considered your scheduled pick-up time. If your flight arrives earlier than scheduled, “Luxury Assured” will make every effort, based on scheduling and availability, to accommodate your early arrival.
AIRPORT PARKING FEES:
For “Meet & Greet Service” at the airport, the first half-hour parking fee is included in the $50.00 cost. Additional parking fees will be charged at the posted rates by the Port Authority.
TOLL CHARGES:
Passengers are responsible for tolls incurred during the trip. Toll routes may be chosen by the driver based on safety and speed considerations. Approximate tolls are provided for guidance.
DRIVER GRATUITY:
A default minimum gratuity of 20% applies to all “Services” excluding tolls and parking fees.
SALES TAX:
8.625% NYS Sales Tax will be added where applicable.
WAITING TIME:
Waiting time charges, at $50.00 per hour plus gratuity in thirty-minute increments, may apply after the complimentary waiting time has expired or due to late arrival.
ADDITIONAL STOPS:
The quoted fare does not include additional stops. Charges for extra stops will be at the driver’s discretion and calculated based on distance from the original route.
CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pick-up to avoid charges. Charges apply for cancellations less than 24 hours, with varying rates depending on timing.
REFUND POLICY:
Deposits are non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before pick-up. Special events have specific cancellation terms. “Luxury Assured” may offer credit for cancellations under certain circumstances.
CREDIT CARD POLICY:
Credit card information is required for verification. An actual card may be presented to the driver. Cash payments are exempt from credit card charges.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING:
Transactions are securely handled to ensure maximum security. “Luxury Assured” adopts new security technology as it becomes available.
VIRTUAL CREDIT CARDS:
“Luxury Assured” does not accept virtual credit cards or single-use card numbers.
TERMS OF SERVICE & USE:
Confirmation email details must be reviewed carefully. Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of pick-up. “Luxury Assured” is not liable for certain circumstances.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
“Luxury Assured” is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control. Liability is limited to actual damages not exceeding the total charges paid. Exclusions and limitations apply to various causes of action. Parties agree that these remedies, exclusions, and limitations allocate risks as authorized by applicable laws. The limitations of liability apply even in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by “Luxury Assured.”
